Return of Complete Items
AOT products may be returned for credit providing;
- Item is returned within 14 days of invoice date - Should you wish to keep the goods for a longer period please contact customer service.
- Item is returned in "as new" condition in original packaging with all accessories, pamphlets etc. included.
- A product return form is completed and included.
- The customer is responsible for arranging the return and will be liable for any freight charges incurred in delivery and return of goods.
Products which are returned incomplete or exceed 14 days from date of invoice may not be eligible for credit or may incur a 15% restocking fee.
Return of Faulty items or incorrectly supplied goods.
In the event that goods are faulty or are incorrectly supplied, AOT will arrange collection and credit of these items. To arrange this;
- Phone AOT customer service to discuss items arranging collection
- Complete product return form and include with item.
